Working with Elevare

Our approach is customized to the individual which takes into account who they are, where they are and what the client and organization wants to achieve.  While the objective varies from client to client, our process remains consistent and is built around Discovery, Collaboration and Reflection.

Discovery

The purpose of this phase is to develop clarity around the work to be done. This includes what the client (person to be coached) and organization wants to achieve. Collectively, we will set specific, measurable goals to work on during the coaching engagement. Together, we will ensure business results are linked to the goals so that progress is measurable. Elevating what matters is meaningful, manageable and measurable.

Collaboration

Together, we will develop a customized plan designed to best achieve your goals and strengthen core competencies specific for leadership development.  The goal is to create an action and development plan to help move you towards success.

Coaching sessions are one-on-one discussions for an hour.  Frequency will depend on the plan.  A typical session will include time for real-world, real-time challenges to be reviewed where immediate insight into new ways of handling these situations will be shared.  Additionally, we will explore other areas tied to the specific goals which might include:

  • Identifying blind spots and behaviors that are limiting effectiveness and career growth for the client.

  • Assessing organization limitations in comparison to the individual to better understand the relationship and how to best move forward

  • Understanding client impact on their team and the overall organization

  • Building emotional intelligence

  • Boosting resilience and self-reliance

  • Developing a plan of action to establish, measure, and assess goals

Reflection & Outcomes

During this phase we will evaluate the work we have done and identify areas of progress along with the areas more growth is needed.  You will be able to calculate you and your organization’s return on investment (ROI). Desired outcomes should be reflective of the initial goals and at a minimum, will include a greater sense of self and more productive work relationships.  Other outcomes for the individual includes:

  • An in depth understanding of their preferences, attitudes, and behaviors critical for a developing leader

  • Learning how to enhance their qualities of good leadership and create a more flexible leadership style.

  • Greater awareness of their strengths and the ability to leverage those strengths and build on areas of potential growth.

  • Greater ability to influence their team, build trust and increase productivity.

The organization now has a colleague who knows where they are, where they want to go and how to get there as a result of the investment.  The confidence, competence and capability will be to the advantage of mutual growth and all that matters most:  elevating what matters.
